An important way we accomplish this goal is by reducing our need for costly billing procedures. Therefore, we ask that our patients pay at the time of service for costs not covered by insurance.

• Dental Insurance: If you are covered by group dental insurance, we will be happy to file your claim, and, in most cases, accept assignment of payment. Please arrange for this service with our business office.
• Insurance Plans: We cooperate with all insurance plans and are a participating provider with Delta Dental.
• Patient Responsibility: Please remember that insurance rarely covers 100% of dental charges. You will be responsible for any deductible and co-payment, regardless of what your insurance carrier pays.
